HVAC-related work.

Why licensed plumbers and HVAC professionals matter
Plumbing and HVAC work affects your safety, your property, and your wallet. Licensed
professionals are trained to meet code requirements, diagnose problems correctly,
and perform repairs that protect your home or business. Hiring unlicensed or
unverified workers can lead to unsafe installations, failed inspections, voided
warranties, and costly rework.
Safety & code compliance
Licensed plumbers and mechanical (HVAC) contractors are held to state standards
designed to prevent leaks, gas hazards, electrical risks, and improper system
installations.
Accountability
A valid license means the technician or company has met state requirements and
can be looked up through official public records.
Better decisions
Verifying licensing before you hire helps you compare contractors with confidence
and avoid scams or unqualified work.
